Jericho Christian Television
was established 2001 and is located in West Monroe, Louisiana. The ministry is
under the able leadership of Bro. Charles Gunter, the founder and director. Chuck,
as our director likes to be called, is a licensed Southern Baptist Pastor, having
been licensed in December 1995. Since his retirement from the United States Air
Force in 1989, he has served in the mission field providing media support for
several diverse Christian ministries in Africa, Central America and the United
States. He is the founder and former director of Youth in Action for Christ Ministry
having been instrumental in the organization's formation during his 1994 visit
to Liberia aboard the Missionary Ship M/V Spirit. Chuck spent four years in Guatemala
working with indigenous ministries and one year working with International Mission
Board Missionaries, Dr. Roger and Vicki Grossmann performing media related tasks.
Chuck has served as an Interim Associate Pastor for a Baptist Church located in
Northeast Louisiana and continues to provide supply preaching when called upon.
He holds a degree from the Community College of the Air Force and is listed in
the 2003-2004 National Register's Who's Who in Executives and Professionals. His
